CIRCUIT BOXING

As part of our Bootcamp classes, BaseOne Circuit Boxing features a mixture of HIIT, weight training, cardio, and boxing. The class is designed to test your endurance, strength, coordination, and agility to help improve your overall cardiovascular fitness.
